A LOVE NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

As a corporate working mom of three kiddos, I know how challenging it is to keep all the balls in the air, let alone feel like you’re thriving. Over the years, I have spent thousands of hours trying to uncover the mysteries behind “climbing the corporate ladder” or building a successful venture, and how to do so while raising a family. What I’ve discovered in my research is that on an individual level, we all need some level of personalized support (wether it be a friend, mentor, consultant, coach), as well as centralized and simplified resources on career and home life. And on an organization level, we all need companies to be adaptive and open to breaking barriers, while providing equitable and growing opportunities to their employees. I’m here to provide empirically based insights that can support this adaptation in you and the organizations you work for.
